Splunk Enterprise Security Consultant - Remote (US Shift)

Overview

This role is for a Splunk Enterprise Security Consultant working on a third-party payroll arrangement. The position is fully remote from India and follows a US shift schedule. Candidates who can join immediately and hold the relevant Splunk certifications will be given preference.

Required Certifications

• Splunk Core Certified Power User
• Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin
• Splunk Enterprise Security certification

Role Summary

The consultant will be responsible for building and improving Splunk ES solutions that support security operations. The job involves using SIEM capabilities to strengthen threat detection, partnering with the SOC team on threat-hunting activities, and ensuring the Splunk environment is effectively tuned for security use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and fine-tune Splunk Enterprise Security solutions for security-focused requirements.
• Use SIEM platforms such as Splunk ES to detect and investigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with the SOC team on threat-hunting efforts and security monitoring initiatives.
• Apply Splunk ES, admin, and power-user knowledge to support security operations.

Experience Required

Applicants should bring 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience.

Work Location and Shift

This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity. The role is based in India but requires availability for a US shift.

Compensation

The salary range is INR 12,00,000 to INR 30,00,000 per year.
