About the Role

We are looking for a polished, proactive, and customer-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee a premium showroom focused on acoustic wall panels, ceiling systems, and related acoustic solutions. The role is centered on delivering an excellent visitor experience, developing relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, project stakeholders, and homeowners, and turning enquiries into commercial opportunities.

This position combines showroom operations, client interaction, product explanation, coordination, and sales assistance to ensure the showroom operates as a strong experience centre for UniVicoustics wall panels, ceiling systems, and acoustic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the showroom’s daily functioning and keep it aligned with premium brand presentation standards.
  • Greet and assist visitors, walk-ins, architects, interior designers, consultants, project teams, and clients.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate acoustic wall, ceiling, and decorative acoustic solutions.
  • Provide a refined, consultative experience that reflects the brand’s positioning.
  • Clearly explain product characteristics, use cases, finishes, appearance, and performance benefits to customers and specifiers.
  • Draft quotations, proposals, presentations, and simple client communications in coordination with the sales team.
  • Track and follow up on enquiries, showroom visits, and leads to help convert them into orders or project business.
  • Work with sales, design, sampling, technical, and project teams to ensure timely customer support and closure.
  • Monitor orders, sample requests, deliveries, installation progress, and completion updates wherever relevant.
  • Maintain CRM entries, enquiry logs, customer databases, footfall summaries, and sales activity records.
  • Ensure showroom displays, sample panels, mock-ups, catalogues, and visual merchandising remain in excellent condition.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, channel partners, and repeat clients.
  • Assist with showroom events, product demos, launch activities, and customer engagement efforts.

Requirements

  • Educational background in B.B.A. or B.M.S. with a focus on Retail Management or Marketing.
  • Prior exposure to showroom management, experience centres, premium interiors, building materials, decorative surfaces, lighting, furniture, architectural products, or similar sectors is preferred.
  • Experience working with architects and interior designers will be an advantage.
