Role overview
The company is looking for Senior Software Engineers (AI) to help develop its products and platform. This role works closely with engineering and customer delivery teams and moves between hands-on technical delivery and wider product and business discussions. It is best suited to someone who thrives in uncertain, fast-moving problem spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Create AI Co-Worker systems that let enterprise customers deploy persona-based AI assistants capable of carrying out complex, end-to-end operational workflows within a secure platform.
- Keep the platform flexible across models by integrating LLMs and AI frameworks from both established and newer providers.
- Design and build secure, scalable APIs for use in large enterprise environments.
- Partner closely with customers to understand their needs in depth and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
What the company is looking for
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including recent hands-on work with AI.
- Strong programming foundations, with Node.js and TypeScript as the main technologies in use.
- Practical experience with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Background building systems where security and data governance are treated as core design requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and the persistence to see work through.
