About the Role

Responsibilities

• Spearhead comprehensive procurement processes for a variety of categories.
• Cultivate and manage supplier partnerships, including performance reviews and contract discussions.
• Partner with internal departments to grasp their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.
• Oversee intricate tender processes (RFPs, RFQs) from inception to contract finalization, ensuring adherence to all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Examine expenditure data to pinpoint patterns, potential savings, and effective demand management approaches.
• Contribute to financial planning and forecasting by offering procurement intelligence and cost evaluations.
• Maintain precise records and reports of all procurement actions for auditing purposes.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of dedicated procurement experience, demonstrating robust skills in negotiation, contract administration, and supplier relations.
• Competence in utilizing procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Possession of a professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of established procurement methodologies, contract lifecycle management, and effective supplier relationship management.
