SDET Automation Test Engineer

Role Overview

This position is for an SDET Automation Engineer working on full-time basis. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and improving automation coverage across UI and API testing.

Work Location

The opportunity is based in one of the following cities: Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, Pune, or Kolkata.

What You Will Do

• Carry out UI and API automation work as part of the testing engineering function.
• Apply strong testing and quality engineering practices with Selenium-based automation.
• Work with the Cucumber framework for behavior-driven automation.
• Develop, enhance, and support the Selenium automation framework.
• Perform manual API validation using tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
• Adapt quickly to new automation frameworks when required.
• Use Agile practices and Rally for test management-related activities.
• Work with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.

Preferred Technical Exposure

• Hands-on experience in Cypress automation.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Familiarity with Visual Code Editor.
