Role Overview

This position is for an SAP PPQM professional based in Bengaluru. The role centers on SAP QM expertise, process knowledge, and integration work across connected SAP and non-SAP environments.

What You Will Work On

• Apply strong technical, configuration, and business understanding within the SAP QM module.
• Handle end-to-end QM processes and their coordination with SAP MM, IM, EWM, and SD.
• Support commercial and procurement process flows in SAP.
• Work with batch determination and serial number management scenarios.
• Troubleshoot IDoc and data-file issues, including hands-on resolution of AIF errors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and operate confidently in an information systems environment.
• Bring strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare clear documentation and analysis while collaborating with global teams.
• Use incident management tools and understand related terminology and workflows.
• Work hands-on with SAP ABAP where required.
• Understand integration points with non-SAP applications.
• Follow change management practices during implementation and support activities.
• Gain exposure to S/4HANA environments.
