Role overview
As a Sales Development Representative at doinstruct, you will be positioned at the forefront of a high-performing sales organization. The company offers a mobile training platform that helps businesses train their frontline workforce, stay compliant, and improve day-to-day productivity.
What you will do
- Find and engage potential leads from companies with 150 to 5,000 employees through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Assess both inbound and outbound leads to determine whether they are a strong fit and at the right stage of readiness.
- Research target companies and key contacts to strengthen lead-generation efforts.
- Work closely with your AE/SDR cluster to improve and refine outreach strategy.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot activity records and pipeline data.
Requirements
This position requires an EU work permit. The role also calls for native-level German. You should already have some experience in sales or customer-facing work, such as an internship or working-student role. The team is looking for someone who is eager to learn, open to regular feedback, confident in communication, and able to handle rejection with resilience. Good English skills are also needed for collaboration within the team.
Team and company context
You will join an SDR team of eight people, small enough for close collaboration and large enough to create meaningful impact. The team is led by a player-coach who is among the top SDRs in Germany and stays actively involved in day-to-day execution rather than managing from a distance. You will also work closely with Account Executives and Marketing so that outreach is handled both operationally and strategically.
About doinstruct
doinstruct was established in 2021 with the goal of empowering the frontline workforce, which represents around 80% of workers globally and is often underserved by conventional learning solutions. The company focuses on making workplaces safer, more compliant, and more efficient. In four years, it has expanded to more than 75 employees, secured €16.5M in Series A funding, and developed a platform used by over 400 teams across Europe.
Its customers achieve more than 90% adoption within the first month, and churn is below 2%. The product is designed as essential infrastructure rather than a nice-to-have solution: it requires no downloads or passwords, supports 35+ languages, and is built specifically for deskless workers who have not been well served by older training tools.
The company describes itself as ambitious and innovation-driven, with a culture that values challenging the status quo and building better solutions.
