About the Company
SoftCo develops AI-first automation software for Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, designed for complex businesses that need more than a generic, one-size-fits-all setup. Rather than forcing organisations to adapt to rigid templates, the company builds automation around each customer’s operating model.
For more than 35 years, SoftCo has supported finance teams in moving away from manual, reactive work toward controlled, scalable and strategically valuable P2P operations. Its AI-native platform is built to improve accuracy, visibility and insight, while the delivery team makes sure the solution works effectively in practical, real-world settings.
The business has more than 1 million users globally and is trusted by organisations such as Volkswagen, Patagonia, Primark, Logitech, and all 80 departments of the Finnish Government. With offices in the US, Finland, the UK, Kosovo and Ireland, SoftCo combines technical precision with long-term customer partnerships.
