Robotics AI Data Collection Operator

About the Role

This position is focused on supporting the creation of data that helps train advanced robotic AI systems. You will work directly with robotic platforms, complete structured tasks, and produce high-quality demonstration data that can be used to improve intelligent machines.

The work contributes to robots designed to operate in practical real-world settings such as homes, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and service environments.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle robot-based task execution, structured data capture, and ongoing process improvement.

• Use teleoperation setups and dedicated controllers to run robotic systems.
• Carry out physical demonstrations that can be turned into training data.
• Repeat assigned tasks carefully while maintaining strong consistency and data quality.
• Work according to detailed operating instructions and collection procedures.
• Record, verify, and manage training data produced during robot operation.
• Check completed demonstrations for correctness and completeness.
• Support annotation and validation activities as needed.
• Keep accurate logs of completed work.
• Share observations about robot performance and task execution.
• Assist with trials of new robotic workflows.
• Contribute ideas to improve collection methods and operational efficiency.

Requirements
