Role overview
Repco is seeking a seasoned Retail Coordinator for a hands-on store role in Blenheim. This position combines customer support with merchandising and store presentation, giving you the chance to use your creativity while helping keep the branch organised, well stocked, and visually strong.
The working pattern is Wednesday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, totalling 31 hours each week.
You will be part of a respected automotive brand and a knowledgeable team, with access to training, support, and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Set an example through warm, accurate, and helpful customer service on the shop floor.
- Maintain high branch standards, especially around merchandising, planogram updates, and promotional displays.
- Keep the store presentation at a consistently strong standard.
- Support stock control and help ensure the sales floor remains full and tidy.
- Promote a safety-first culture by following practices that help everyone work safely and get home safely.
What we’re looking for
We need someone with solid retail experience, preferably including merchandising exposure. This role suits a person with a creative eye for product placement, a friendly manner, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. A tidy, organised store mindset is important.
The role involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
