Role overview
Woolworths Group is seeking a Replenishment Operations Specialist to support store operations in Porirua, Wellington. This full-time onsite role focuses on keeping replenishment work moving smoothly, maintaining high stock-handling standards, and supporting team coordination across the workstream.
Working roster
The scheduled roster for this position is:
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
What you will do
- Keep the assigned process stream running efficiently and ensure work is completed to standard.
- Partner with the Team Leader and broader team to coordinate activity and improve workflow.
- Make sure processes are completed without interruption and in line with established guidelines.
- Oversee stock routines, shelf-filling activity, and delivery handling so the store operates to expected standards.
- Lead on-the-job coaching and support team development while promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
- Watch for overstock and presentation issues, and help ensure shelf-ready packaging and stock placement are handled correctly.
- Raise process concerns promptly with the Function Lead so they can be resolved quickly.
- Cover Acting Store Manager duties on scheduled shifts and contribute to team connection activities.
