Overview
BCMG Insurance Brokers Limited is hiring a dependable and accountable Relationship Manager for its Personal Lines Department in Kingston, Jamaica.
The role focuses on driving insurance sales, working with underwriters to agree on suitable terms, and managing a profitable personal lines portfolio while delivering strong service to clients.
Key Duties
- Promote and sell insurance solutions to customers.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with underwriters.
- Support the ongoing service and upkeep of personal lines business.
- Help maintain a profitable portfolio within the department.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution is required.
- Candidates must be registered with the Financial Services Commission for all classes of insurance business.
- Applicants should have a solid understanding of insurance regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role is needed.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
