Role Overview
This position is for a Recruiting Analyst focused on end-to-end talent acquisition in Navi Mumbai. The role centers on managing requisitions, finding suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process through to onboarding handoff.
About the Organization
The employer is a global professional services company with strong capabilities in digital, cloud, security, strategy, consulting, technology, operations, and related services. It operates across more than 40 industries and serves clients in over 120 countries through a large global workforce.
What You Will Do
You will handle the full recruiting cycle for assigned requisitions, starting with demand intake and sourcing and continuing through screening, candidate identification, ATS/VMS submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups on feedback, offer coordination, and handoff for onboarding. The role also involves supporting talent planning by evaluating current and future workforce needs, identifying mission-critical skill sets, and helping close talent gaps.
Experience and Qualification
Applicants should hold a graduate degree and bring 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting. Hands-on experience in full-lifecycle US staffing is required, along with the other mandatory capabilities for the role.
Work Mode and Schedule
This is an on-site role with a work-from-office model. The selected candidate should be comfortable working US shifts as needed by the business.
Selection Notes
Candidates must meet the sourcing criteria and fit within the standard compensation range for the position. Basic communication skills are required for a written assessment. Profiles that are close to the desired skill level may be kept on hold and reviewed again depending on hiring pipeline needs. Candidates exceeding the standard compensation range may be escalated to the delivery or transition lead for a decision.
Additional Requirements
The role calls for strong full-life-cycle recruiting and order management abilities, active and passive sourcing skills, experience with ATS/VMS platforms such as Bullhorn and VMS portals, stakeholder and candidate communication skills, exposure to US hiring and staffing, and capability to perform technical screening and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned requisitions and ensure alignment with hiring teams on priorities, requirements, and status updates. Source talent through multiple channels, screen candidates for suitability and compliance, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and keep communication flowing between candidates and stakeholders. Share shortlisted profiles through ATS/VMS tools, support offer discussions, and ensure the onboarding handoff is completed smoothly. Once candidates are deployed, maintain engagement through check-ins, assignment oversight, and talent-care activities.
About the Hiring Team's Expectations
The ideal candidate should be able to identify the right talent quickly, maintain SLA compliance on responsiveness and turnaround time, and contribute to efficient hiring outcomes. The ability to assess candidate readiness, conduct discovery conversations, and support technical evaluation is important for success in this role.
