Role Overview
HBP is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing global talent acquisition function. The role will support hiring for permanent and contingent roles across India, the Middle East, APAC, and Europe, with responsibility spanning all three market groups and enterprise functions in collaboration with teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for permanent and contract hiring needs in India and the Middle East, with occasional support for APAC and Europe.
- Work closely with global HR and talent acquisition partners to align hiring approaches, compensation practices, and consistent recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role needs, advise on sourcing and hiring plans, and build strong, varied candidate pipelines while protecting the candidate experience.
- Engage and maintain a network of prospective candidates for future roles at HBP.
- Develop and manage relationships with staffing agencies and support initiatives in process enhancement, employer branding, and candidate experience improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of global talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-growing organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under competing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with hiring teams, candidates, and staffing partners.
- Comfort with learning new systems and workflows; experience with Workday is preferred but not mandatory.
