A prominent private equity firm with spacious, attractive offices in Munich is hiring a Receptionist for an immediate start on a permanent basis. Because the position is centered around welcoming visitors face-to-face, the role is fully office-based, five days a week.
You will report to a highly supportive HR Manager and share front-of-house duties with other reception colleagues. The environment is collaborative, with strong encouragement to build your skills and grow within the role. The company values first-rate service and is looking for someone who genuinely understands the importance of reception in a professional setting. Experience from a corporate reception desk or from the hospitality/hotel sector would fit well.

What you will do
- Welcome guests alongside the other reception team members in a polished and approachable way
- Prepare meeting rooms for conference calls, internal meetings, and events
- Handle incoming telephone calls and route them to the right person or department
- Coordinate with external service providers such as cleaners, facilities teams, and coffee suppliers
- Organize catering when required for meetings and events
- Keep supplies such as stationery, food, and beverages available and replenished
- Check that office equipment remains in working order
- Help maintain clean kitchen areas and remind teams to follow internal procedures
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails in both German and English
- Support document handling tasks including signatures, printing, and binding
