Quantum Physicist

About the Role

This remote contract role is for physics PhD specialists who can help build advanced problem sets and evaluate AI-generated work for research labs focused on frontier technical domains. The work is intended to support AI innovation through rigorous domain expertise.

Core Work

• Create demanding physics problems in areas such as string theory, quantum field theory, particle physics, and nuclear physics.
• Partner with AI research teams to generate high-quality training data for large language models.
• Review model responses and refine them using expert-level physics judgment.
• Work on your own schedule, coordinating asynchronously while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Handle roughly 4 to 6 tasks each week, with each task expected to take several hours of focused effort.

Requirements

• PhD in Physics with a specialization in string theory, quantum field theory, particle physics, or nuclear physics.
• Graduate-level education from the US, UK, Canada, or Western Europe.
• Strong precision and care for detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Advanced command of English.

Schedule and Start

Compensation
