The role offers a salary of £85,000 and the chance to take ownership of key programme delivery activities on a significant infrastructure effort.
Location and working pattern

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the contract or work package so that safety, quality, timeline, and budget targets are all achieved.
- Track progress against milestones, deadlines, and budgets, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Manage the wider supply chain, including Tier 1 suppliers, to uphold nuclear safety requirements and quality standards during manufacturing.

- Develop and keep project schedules aligned with the overall programme plan, using Earned Value Management principles where relevant.
- Anticipate and address issues through active risk management and practical problem solving to protect delivery performance.
- Handle contract administration and work with commercial teams on variations, claims, and related contractual topics.

- Proven ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong background in project leadership, financial control, change management, and facilitation.
- Working knowledge of estimating, planning, scheduling, programming, and risk management tools.
- Experience overseeing contractors, consultants, and advisers on large-scale projects using NEC or FIDIC contracts.
Compensation
