Role Overview

Vertiv is hiring Production Operators for different departments at its Burnfoot facility in County Donegal, Ireland. This opportunity is suited to motivated people who want to develop a long-term career in a busy engineering and manufacturing setting.

What You Will Do

• Perform assembly work and other general production tasks.
• Carry out duties by following both written and spoken instructions.
• Help maintain standards for quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Use production tools, equipment, and machinery when needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and engineering staff to help meet delivery schedules.
• Prepare and complete production records and documents accurately.
• Assist colleagues and help create a constructive team environment.
• Follow all health and safety rules, including PPE requirements.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Background in manufacturing, production, or an industrial environment.
• Ability to understand instructions and work according to operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on quality.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Dependable, cautious, and safety-oriented work style.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Desirable Experience

• Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic mechanical understanding or exposure to electromechanical systems.
• Previous experience working shift patterns.
