Role Summary

The organization is looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end digital consumer journey for its direct-to-consumer initiatives. The role focuses on product development, journey design, partnership evaluation, execution across teams, and delivering growth through digital financial solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the consumer digital journey across Experian’s D2C offerings.
  • Design and improve consumer journeys across platforms such as web and mobile.
  • Drive growth of the D2C consumer base in a profitable manner.
  • Identify and launch new products that build on the existing consumer base.
  • Handle project work including RFPs, BRDs, scoping, and execution.
  • Manage vendors and support code integration efforts.
  • Contribute to solution design and go-to-market planning.
  • Support portfolio revenue management and credit awareness initiatives.
  • Coordinate compliance, legal, and information security inputs.
  • Train partners and provide pre-sales support.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and achieve targets.

Required Experience and Expertise

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in banking, financial services, financial technology, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on background in digital product management, especially within digital banking or financial products for consumers.
  • Experience building consumer journeys across multiple digital channels.
  • Techno-commercial exposure in the BFSI domain.
  • Working understanding of coding, APIs, microservices, and platform-based systems.
  • Practical experience handling data and solving data-related issues.
  • Ability to write detailed product specifications and consumer insight documentation.
  • Exposure to business analytics in a bank or NBFC is advantageous.
  • Comfort using BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Understanding of credit scores.
  • Capability to assess potential partnerships.
  • Strong project management and product development skills.
  • Ability to balance long-term initiatives with bug fixes and customer requests.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to different audiences.
