At its modern Eagle Farm facility, the company is hiring a dependable Powdercoat Process Worker who is keen to build practical skills in a stable, hands-on environment.

Key duties

• Support production activities within the powder coating line while working under supervision.
• Carry out tasks in assigned areas such as loading and unloading, casing, or carousel operations.
• Work to the direction of the Lead Operator and maintain a strong focus on safety at all times.
• Participate in training across different areas to broaden skills and capability.
• Help maintain steady output so production goals and plant KPIs are achieved.
• Complete work that involves extended standing and regular physical effort.

• Prior powder coating experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
