Role overview
Join a community-focused, locally owned store where the emphasis is on health, beauty, and convenience services with the customer experience at the center of every decision. In this position, you will oversee the operation of full-service retail postal services for Shoppers Drug Mart customers, including courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, and call-in parcels, while helping drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set the tone for the team by modeling the company’s core values in day-to-day work.
- Participate in hiring by interviewing candidates and recommending the final selections.
- Make sure Post Office cashiers follow all store standards.
- Provide training, ongoing coaching, and job-specific guidance to team members.
- Support performance review preparation for Post Office cashier staff together with the FSM.
Customer service expectations
- Deliver service that goes beyond basic expectations and creates a positive customer experience.
- Ensure the team maintains a professional public image in line with the uniform policy.
Loss prevention and compliance
- Oversee loss prevention processes and make sure all related systems and procedures are followed according to standards.
- Ensure parcel-check procedures are completed properly and consistently.
Qualifications and working style

Working conditions
