It is hiring a PIM Developer to help strengthen its team and contribute to the development of modern workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and continually enhance the Sibo STEP PIM platform while ensuring stable integrations and dependable system performance.
• Oversee platform performance, scalability, reliability, and data governance so that product information remains accurate and compliant.
• Architect and maintain data exchanges between the PIM and connected systems such as ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and CRM through APIs and automated pipelines.
• Track system status, diagnose and resolve incidents early, and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors on technical fixes.
• Create automation flows and partner with cross-functional teams in an agile setting to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business Informatics or a similar IT discipline, together with strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Practical experience with STEP tools including Workbench, UI, Import/Export Managers, and integration endpoints.
• Working knowledge of STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP-SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT, along with familiarity with HTTP, REST, and JSON.
• Good understanding of standard STEP integration methods and patterns, plus clear communication and collaboration skills.
• An agile approach, high quality standards, accountability, and fluent business English.
