Role Overview

Sidara is hiring a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Group Chief Financial Officer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position sits within the Finance team and is focused on keeping executive schedules, meetings, communication, and priority tasks running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver broad administrative support to the CFO on a daily basis.
  • Organize and maintain the CFO’s calendar, meetings, and time priorities.
  • Plan meetings end-to-end, including agendas, supporting documents, and follow-up on action points.
  • Handle travel arrangements such as flights, lodging, visas, and associated logistics.
  • Draft, manage, and route correspondence and email communication on behalf of the CFO when needed.
  • Track important deadlines, tasks, and finance-related workflows to help ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with coordination of finance leadership and team meetings.
  • Support governance-related activities, including documentation and administrative coordination for meetings.
  • Help with internal communication and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Keep records accurate and treat confidential matters with strict discretion.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance for projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

Skills and Experience Needed
