Role Overview

ASOS Media Group is the brand partnerships function within ASOS. The team collaborates with strategic brands across ASOS customer touchpoints and partners closely with design, creative, fashion, production, and commercial retail teams to deliver effective marketing activity on and off ASOS-owned channels.

This role is focused on expanding ASOS’s retail media advertising business within ASOS Media Group. You will manage a portfolio of brands in the Fashion and/or Face & Body categories, acting as the main marketing and media contact for those partners. The role requires direct ownership of brand and agency relationships, and close coordination with ASOS retail teams to support your partners’ business goals.

You will work with senior stakeholders on the brand side to shape and deliver digital marketing strategies using ASOS advertising products and creative solutions. You will also have responsibility for your portfolio’s advertising spend and will be supported by account management, creative, production, ad operations, and insight/analytics teams.

The role offers access to ASOS’s current and future advertising tools, including sponsored ads, programmatic display, social campaigns, targeted mobile and email communications, and the flagship ASOS Creates creative solutions. Audience targeting and measurement capabilities are also part of the broader proposition.

Requirements

  • Background in a client-facing digital marketing or sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in a performance-led, target-driven environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, ideally within Fashion and/or Face & Body retail.
  • Clear knowledge of brand marketing and media strategy.
  • Solid grasp of the technical basics of digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with sponsored ads and display advertising.
  • Ability to manage several clients and tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multi-project coordination skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
