Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position at Mogao Restobar & Lounge in Kalna subdivision. The role sits at the intersection of ownership-level oversight and content creation, with a focus on shaping the venue’s voice across brand storytelling, menu copy, promotional material, and social media communication.

What the job involves

You will help craft and refine written content that represents Mogao’s international cuisine and lounge atmosphere. The work includes writing and polishing menus, posts, and promotional messages, while making sure the tone stays consistent with the brand.

Part of the role also requires being physically present at the venue so you can observe guest behavior, understand customer preferences, and turn day-to-day hospitality experiences into engaging narratives that support growth.

Collaboration and workflow

You will coordinate closely with the operations and marketing teams, and you may also interact regularly with kitchen, bar, and service staff to gather information and align communication with what happens on the floor.

Qualifications

• Capability to produce sharp, easy-to-read content for menus, social channels, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong command of editing and proofreading to keep messaging polished and consistent.
• Background in hospitality, food and beverage, or nightlife settings is considered a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in a busy lounge and restaurant environment with late working hours.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for smooth coordination with different teams.
• Basic awareness of branding, marketing, or content planning to support customer engagement.
• Strong organization and attention to detail to manage several writing tasks and deadlines at once.
• English fluency is required; knowledge of other languages is an added benefit in a diverse guest environment.

The position is based on site at the venue and is suited to someone comfortable in a fast-moving hospitality setting.
