Outbound Visa Consultant

Job summary

This role is centered on supporting customers through outbound visa applications from start to finish. The consultant will explain visa rules and document needs clearly, check that files are complete and accurate, and make sure clients receive reliable guidance and strong service throughout the processing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through visa eligibility, document needs, and the step-by-step application process.
• Carefully review application paperwork and client records to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Check submitted documents for completeness and consistency before filing.
• File visa applications and monitor their progress with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
• Keep clients informed with timely updates and responsive support during the entire process.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all work follows the relevant visa rules and compliance standards.
• Stay current on changing visa policies and travel entry requirements across different destinations.
• Respond to customer questions in a professional, efficient, and solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in outbound visa processing, travel consultancy, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of visa rules for major destinations, including Schengen countries, the UK, the USA, ETA, and similar routes.
• Comfortable handling multiple cases at once while working under pressure and within deadlines.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools and online visa application platforms.
• Familiarity with basic office software and CRM systems, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
