Role overview
For this position, you’ll work closely with Fabiano, one of the co-founders, and support the day-to-day running of the business. The role gives you exposure to every layer of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, from creators to brands, inside a market that is still evolving very quickly. It is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants steep learning, variety, and direct access to how decisions are made.
TikTok Shop is one of the fastest-growing ecommerce channels right now, and the environment changes fast. What works this month may look different next month, so adaptability and speed matter a lot.
Key responsibilities
- Identify suitable brands and creators and prepare clear, decision-ready summaries for Fabiano.
- Reach out to new creators and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Develop creator briefings that drive action rather than simply sharing information.
- Coordinate affiliate links, creator agencies, calls, and events.
- Support wherever speed and execution are most needed across the business.
What you should bring
- A proactive mindset: you either ask what needs to happen next or take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- Strong organisation and speed, with the ability to keep track of many moving parts at once.
- Interest in TikTok and how the platform works.
- Comfort using AI as a real productivity tool to help scale work efficiently.
- Very strong German skills at C2 level and English skills at C1 level.
Who this role suits
No prior TikTok Shop background is required. Curiosity and eagerness to learn matter more than sector experience. This role is not a fit if you need detailed step-by-step direction for every task, see AI as just a gimmick, or prefer a fixed 9-to-5 structure.

Compensation
The starting salary is stated as 32k to 48k.
