Offshore Recruiter

The organization is looking for a remote Offshore Recruiter to identify, screen, and select candidates for onsite interpreter roles. This position suits someone who enjoys talent acquisition, communicates well, and takes a proactive approach to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and build relationships with contract interpreters across more than 350 languages.
• Strengthen and maintain interpreter connections throughout the United States.
• Work with the Onsite Recruiting Manager to plan sourcing and outreach campaigns that improve interpreter engagement.
• Meet weekly hiring targets set by the department lead.
• Use recruiting analytics and performance data to support and maintain required fill-rate levels.
• Manage applications and candidate movement through the ATS platform.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Prior experience in a metrics-driven environment is required.
• Experience in the language services field is considered an advantage.
