Welcome Break is hiring night sales assistants for its Sedgemoor site in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset (BS24 0JL). The outlets operate around the clock, and this role helps keep service running smoothly during overnight hours. Flexible full-time and part-time options are available, and the position can start immediately.
This is a customer-facing night role suited to someone who enjoys working late hours and being part of a busy retail environment.
What the company does
Welcome Break is a major motorway services operator in the UK, with 61 service areas and 31 hotels nationwide. Its sites feature well-known brands such as Starbucks, Taco Bell, Subway, WHSmith, KFC, Pizza Express, Burger King, Ramada and Days Inn. Although customers may see different brand names on site, teams work together under one organisation.
Key duties
The night sales assistant helps keep the retail outlets open and supported throughout the night, delivering service to customers and contributing to the smooth running of the site.
What the employer is looking for
Applicants should bring a positive, customer-first attitude, a can-do mindset, and the willingness to work well within a high-performing team. Full brand training will be provided, so the company is looking for someone ready to learn.
Pay and benefits
Pay is up to £13.35, with an additional £1 on-shift meal allowance. During shifts, team members also receive free filter or instant coffee and tea.
