About the Role

This position is focused on growing and managing the dealer network in Saudi Arabia, in line with the brand strategy and regional market plans. The role involves identifying and onboarding capable local partners, supporting their day-to-day operations, ensuring policy compliance, and improving overall channel performance to build a strong and sustainable network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out dealer network expansion initiatives for different regions in Saudi Arabia, including major metropolitan areas and developing cities. Evaluate potential partners based on local reputation, financial strength, service capability, and fit with brand values.
  • Work with internal teams such as inventory and finance, as well as external partners like banks and logistics providers, to support dealer operations. Help address important requirements such as stock replenishment, customer financing solutions, and technical training for dealership staff.

  • Excellent dealer development and business negotiation skills, with the ability to manage partnership discussions independently, including contract terms and service level agreements.
  • Comfortable using basic data analysis tools such as Excel and CRM systems to monitor dealer performance, identify issues such as slow-moving stock, and suggest practical solutions.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license (C1 or above), maintain a professional appearance consistent with premium brand standards, be willing to travel frequently between cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, and work well under pressure to meet network expansion goals.
