Role overview
We are looking for a moderator to strengthen the Kaufbei TV team with a constructive and positive contribution. In this role, you will help shape content, develop it efficiently and independently, and support the team in finding practical solutions while maintaining a neutral stance at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Clarify the purpose and objectives of each moderation assignment.
- Develop the structure and flow of the session.
- Handle the organizational preparation before the meeting or discussion.
- Introduce the topic and set the context for participants.
- Guide and control the discussion process.
- Sharpen the core message and clarify any unclear or vague contributions.
- Take responsibility for visualizing and documenting the outcomes.

- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexibility in handling changing situations and formats.
