Marketing Coordinator

Voya Financial is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in New York, NY to help drive day-to-day marketing work across campaigns, events, and content. This role is well suited to someone at the start of their marketing career who wants practical exposure to multiple areas of the function while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and rollout of marketing initiatives across email, social media, and web channels.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and deliverables with partners in creative, sales, compliance, product, and operations.
• Support content creation by preparing emails, social media copy, and website updates.
• Monitor campaign results and help track performance.
• Organize marketing assets and help maintain consistent brand presentation across materials.
• Support event planning tasks such as logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
• Keep marketing calendars and project trackers current and accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or other relevant work.
• Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing channels such as email, social, and web.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Pay Disclosure

The expected annual base salary for this role is $65,000 to $75,000. Final compensation may vary depending on location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level. For part-time positions, pay would be adjusted based on scheduled hours. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive incentive compensation such as annual cash incentives, sales incentives, or long-term incentives tied to performance objectives.
