Job overview
This is a full-time remote role for an experienced lead generation professional with 1 to 3 years of preferred experience. The position is with a web development company focused on international business opportunities across web and application development, PPC, social media marketing, and related digital services.
What you will do
- Source and identify high-quality prospects for a web development and digital services business.
- Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, bulk outreach, and other lead-generation platforms to find and engage potential clients.
- Research target accounts and decision-makers for services such as mobile apps, websites, SEO, SMO, and digital marketing.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep CRM records updated regularly.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation goals and other performance targets.
- Screen and qualify prospects during early outreach conversations.
- Review outreach results and refine methods to improve conversion performance.
Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience generating leads for a web development company or a similar IT services business.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with good relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on outcomes.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Performance metrics
- Count of qualified leads generated each week and month.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion performance.
