Role overview

Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-moving team environment. As a kitchen porter, you help keep the kitchen organised, hygienic, and operating efficiently so the chefs can stay focused on cooking bold, flavourful food. This role is for evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and ready-to-use kitchen throughout the shift.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep service moving.
• Replenish cleaning materials and let the team know when supplies are running low.
• Support with simple food prep tasks when extra help is needed.
• Work in line with health and safety requirements to protect yourself and others.
