Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a Junior Copywriter to craft polished, brand-aligned content for its global collection of beach clubs, hotels, resorts, residences, restaurants, and lifestyle concepts. Based in Miami, Florida, this full-time role works in close partnership with the Global PR & Communications Director and broader marketing teams to produce copy that stays consistent across every customer and guest interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop content for menus, seasonal offers, company magazines and gazettes, event write-ups, website content, newsletters, marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create copy for property launches, brand activations, partnership announcements, and lifestyle-led experiences.
  • Tailor messaging for different audiences while keeping communication aligned across global locations.
  • Coordinate website copy revisions with Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to improve website copy for search visibility and a better user journey.
  • Regularly audit web content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Own and maintain the editorial calendar for corporate marketing activities.
  • Support the creation of content for internal presentations and brand announcement communications.
  • Ensure all written output reflects the group’s luxury positioning and identity.
  • Work with PR, Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, and destination teams on integrated campaign delivery.
  • Gather information from property teams and turn operational updates into engaging marketing narratives.

  • Follow established brand guidelines and editorial standards in every piece of copy.

Requirements
