Innovation Project Assistant

Role overview

WUPEN is seeking an Innovation Project Assistant to contribute to education-focused and international innovation initiatives based in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Carry out research on leading global practices in innovative education, emerging learning models, and developments in the intelligent education space.
• Help organize and deliver international conferences, professional contests, digital exhibitions, cultural festivals, innovation training initiatives, and similar projects.
• Take part in end-to-end project delivery, including communication with external partners, coordination on the ground, document handling, and preparing project updates and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments and support international cooperation efforts.

Candidate profile

• The organization is looking for someone whose values closely match its mission, with a service-minded attitude, curiosity for innovation, honesty, and strong collaboration skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. There is no fixed major requirement, though candidates from design, urban planning, education, or similar fields are preferred.
• You should be comfortable communicating, writing, editing, researching, and analyzing information in both Chinese and English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, along with familiarity with basic design, drawing, or video-editing software and an eye for visual presentation.
• Experience using AI-based office tools, programming, 3D/modeling, animation, or comparable digital tools will be considered an advantage.
• The role also calls for strong delivery skills, original thinking, an interdisciplinary outlook, a proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for life and learning.
