Job Summary
This role supports day-to-day human resources operations at a site, business unit, or department level. It focuses on carrying out a wide range of HR processes effectively across the organization or function, while working closely with managers and employees to address concerns and resolve workplace issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Review HR process data, interpret the findings, and suggest practical improvements.
- Handle employee relations matters by offering guidance, coaching, and counseling, and by carrying out and recording investigations when needed.
- Support performance management efforts, including employee development planning.
- Assist with hiring and staffing activities, and analyze workforce-related data.
- Work with shared services and corporate HR to manage compensation and benefits administration, including preparing workforce pay recommendations.
- Help administer HR policies and procedures and provide guidance on compliance with important legal requirements.
- Coordinate training needs assessments and take part in training programs and special assignments.
- Prepare employment contracts in line with local law or customary practice.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee and workforce information in HR information systems.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred, although recent graduates may also apply.
- Working knowledge of Saudi labor law and relevant government regulations is necessary.
- Prior exposure to HR data management or HR systems would be an advantage.
