Housekeeping Associate

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeping Associate at jüSTa Hotels & Resorts in Bhuj. The role focuses on keeping guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas clean, organized, and aligned with the hotel’s presentation standards.

Key Duties

The selected candidate will handle routine room and public-area upkeep, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, and restocking linens and guest amenities. The role also involves identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with room preparation for arrivals and departures, and responding politely to guest housekeeping needs.

Standards and Safety

The associate is expected to follow all hygiene, sanitation, infection-control, and safety procedures while using protective equipment whenever required. Reliability, careful attention to detail, and safe handling of physical tasks are important aspects of the job.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have strong communication and customer-service skills, good organization for managing room priorities and supplies, and a willingness to learn hotel procedures through training. Prior exposure to housekeeping or hotel operations is preferred, and familiarity with hospitality service standards will be an advantage.

Work Conditions

This role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel needs. Local language ability and basic English will be helpful for day-to-day interaction with guests and team members.
