Role overview

This leadership position is focused on expanding and shaping FX, structured products, and treasury investment solutions within the wealth management business. The role combines product strategy, innovation, governance, revenue growth, and risk control to help deliver solutions that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client requirements and the bank’s wider commercial goals.

What you will do

• Set the direction for treasury products and support business growth across the segment.
• Guide the design, enhancement, and launch of new product solutions.
• Oversee governance, controls, and risk management across the product suite.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and ongoing review.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to strengthen capability and performance.
• Engage with clients and the market to identify needs and opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships while maintaining strong governance standards.

What the bank is looking for

• A bachelor’s qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in treasury, FX, structured products, or capital markets.
• Prior success in a leadership role overseeing treasury product or capital markets teams.
• Practical exposure to FX and derivatives, structured investment products, and product onboarding/implementation.
• Solid knowledge of FX markets, treasury solutions, structured products, derivatives, interest-rate and hedging tools, and product governance expectations.
• Clear people leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• A commercial, strategic, and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
