What you will do

• Design and run a global communications program covering media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, internal communications, and social media.
• Develop trusted relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and influential industry figures to drive meaningful coverage and raise market visibility.
• Prepare a wide range of communication assets, such as press releases, media outreach materials, executive messaging, briefing notes, bylined content, and fast-turn commentary.
• Own the company’s core messaging and keep the story aligned with changes in products, positioning, and market trends.
• Work with senior leaders to expand executive thought leadership through speaking opportunities, podcasts, interviews, social channels, and industry gatherings.
• Oversee external PR agencies and internal communications efforts while keeping messaging consistent, aligned, and measurable across regions.
• Coordinate with product marketing and other teams to ensure messaging stays unified across launches, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
• Track media results, analyst perception, and share of voice, then use those insights to improve communication plans and execution.

Experience and capability requirements

• A proven track record of building durable relationships with leading media outlets, journalists, editors, and industry analysts.
• Strong skill in simplifying complex technical topics into engaging narratives for different audiences.
• Experience creating executive-level communications, including ghostwritten articles, speeches, presentations, and social content.
• Background in managing PR agencies, communication budgets, and international communications initiatives.
• Experience leading or coaching communications professionals in collaborative, fast-paced organizations.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, paired with strong attention to detail.
• A strategic perspective combined with a practical, hands-on working style and a strong sense of ownership.
• Exposure to AI, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or adjacent emerging technology areas is a strong advantage.
