Fresher Data Analyst - Australia Only (Entry / Junior Level)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated junior-level data analyst to join the team full time in Australia. This position is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop practical experience in analytics and turn raw data into meaningful business insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, check, and verify it before use.
• Study datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and useful findings that can guide decisions.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that help teams understand performance.
• Track important KPIs and prepare recurring performance updates.
• Support data accuracy, consistency, and overall quality across reporting work.
• Work with cross-functional teams to assist business initiatives and analytics needs.
• Record analysis steps and document reporting methods for future reference.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently underway, in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Good analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems systematically.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms will be considered an advantage.
• Basic familiarity with Python or R is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
