Role overview
We are hiring a seasoned Forensic Scheduler to support a fast-growing construction advisory and dispute resolution practice. This fully remote role is centered on high-value construction claims, delay assessments, and litigation support work across commercial, infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects.
What you will do
- Carry out forensic schedule reviews using accepted industry methods.
- Examine project timelines, critical path effects, delays, disruptions, and productivity concerns.
- Build and evaluate Time Impact Analyses (TIA), Window Analyses, and As-Planned vs. As-Built comparisons.
- Draft well-structured, supportable reports for claims, disputes, mediations, arbitrations, and court-related matters.
- Work closely with project teams, lawyers, subject matter experts, and clients on complex construction dispute matters.
- Assess project records such as schedules, daily logs, correspondence, change orders, and contract paperwork.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of scheduling experience on major construction projects.
- Hands-on background in forensic delay analysis and construction claims support.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6; Microsoft Project familiarity is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of CPM scheduling and construction project controls.
- Excellent analytical ability, report drafting skills, and verbal communication.
- Prior expert witness support experience is a bonus, though not mandatory.
