Finishing - Site

Role overview

The Finishing - Site position is focused on planning, coordinating, supervising, and handing over all finishing-related work at the project site. The role covers both interior and exterior architectural finishes and requires ensuring that work is completed on schedule, matches the approved drawings and specifications, and meets client expectations for quality.

The person in this role works in close coordination with project, design, MEP, procurement, and QA/QC teams so that finishing activities stay aligned with the overall project timeline and quality requirements.

Key duties

• Organize and control the execution of all finishing activities, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, joinery, and ceiling works.
• Read architectural drawings and finishing specifications and apply them accurately at site.
• Work with civil, MEP, and QA/QC teams to keep site interfaces coordinated and avoid execution clashes.
• Oversee contractor teams, assign work areas, and make sure output and workmanship meet the expected standard.
• Follow up with design and procurement teams to ensure approved drawings, materials, tools, and mock-ups are available in time.
