Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar is looking for an F&B Hostess to be the first point of contact for dining guests and help create a warm, polished, and efficient restaurant experience. The role sits within Minor Hotels, an international hospitality group with more than 530 properties across 50+ countries spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and guide them to tables based on the restaurant layout.
  • Keep guest satisfaction high by staying attentive to needs and responding quickly.
  • Manage guest issues and complaints in a way that supports a positive outcome.
  • Make routine table checks to ensure guests are comfortable and content.
  • Process reservations and cancellations in line with department procedures.
  • Relay reservation updates or cancellations to the management team.
