Role Overview
This position is for an administrative executive at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on day-to-day plant administration and support activities that keep site operations running smoothly.
Core Duties
- Oversee upkeep and coordination for plant vehicles and generators.
- Ensure housekeeping activities are maintained at the facility.
- Monitor packing material inventory and support stock control.
- Handle vendor communication and coordination for routine requirements.
- Support purchasing activities and negotiate with suppliers when needed.
- Track and follow up on electricity bill payments.
- Manage delivery challans and related administrative records.
- Maintain logbooks and other site documentation.
- Coordinate first-aid related arrangements for the plant.
