Join a survey team supporting the planning, delivery, and completion of survey works for rail and road construction projects in Singapore.

Coordinate multiple survey-related contracts, such as topographical surveys, utility detection, trial trenching, and scan-to-BIM work, while keeping collaboration across teams on track.
Create and upkeep shared templates, checklists, and work standards so survey outputs remain consistent and efficient.
Help move pilot efforts into routine operating processes as part of ongoing improvement work.
Improve how survey data is structured and prepared for GIS use so internal teams can access and reuse it more easily.
Support delivery officers with technical coordination and escalate governance matters to senior officers when needed to meet project standards and regulatory requirements.

Background or strong exposure in land surveying, geomatics, or a similar field.
Good understanding of survey processes and outputs, including topographical surveys, as-built documentation, survey control, and utility-related survey information.
Ability to assess how survey deliverables are used by downstream stakeholders and improve them so they are accurate, practical, and ready for use.
Working knowledge of GIS principles and spatial data management.
Strong English writing, speaking, and presentation abilities.
A proactive, practical, and solution-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with infrastructure projects, digital survey tools, or data automation initiatives would be an advantage.
