Role overview

The Executive, Landscaping position supports the Manager in keeping the resort’s landscaped areas and plant displays maintained to a high standard. The focus of the role is to ensure all outdoor presentation areas are consistently guest-ready, compliant with internal procedures, and aligned with safety and sustainability expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in coordinating, planning, and overseeing external landscaping vendors so that all grounds and display areas are maintained to the required standard.
• Monitor outsourced service partners to ensure the resort remains presentation-ready and that workplace safety and health expectations are met.
• Carry out and enforce the organisation’s established policies, operating procedures, and service benchmarks.
• Maintain strong landscape presentation across assigned areas to contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth resort operations.
• Encourage and apply environmentally responsible practices within environmental services activities.
• Spot possible landscape-related safety risks early and take steps to reduce any impact on guests or operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Botany, Horticulture, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years of practical experience in landscape care or horticulture maintenance.
• Basic understanding of landscape management and horticulture service operations.
• Experience with irrigation systems and plant display upkeep will be advantageous.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore. The position plays an important part in maintaining resort presentation standards, supporting guest experience, and contributing to safe and sustainable operations across the property.
