Role overview
An opportunity is available for a Hospitality Experience & Activations Lead in a premium corporate hospitality setting in Central London. This is a highly visible, practical role focused on creating engaging guest experiences across a busy site that serves as many as 800 people each day.
You will work closely with the General Manager and client-side stakeholders, taking responsibility for themed activity planning, supplier coordination, event execution, space makeovers, and initiatives that strengthen guest engagement.
Working pattern
The position is based fully on site in Central London and follows a Monday to Friday schedule for 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver hospitality activations, seasonal initiatives, and themed events.
- Handle relationships with outside suppliers and vendors, including décor, floristry, prop hire, entertainment, printing, and equipment support.
- Research products, negotiate pricing, and keep spending within budget.
- Organise the logistics and operational rollout from initial idea through to final delivery.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and activation plans for senior leaders and clients.
- Maintain the hospitality marketing and events schedule.
- Oversee on-site installation and setup, with strong attention to quality and presentation.
- Respond quickly to urgent client requests and shifting priorities.
- Review guest feedback and use it to improve the overall hospitality experience.
- Support the growth and day-to-day work of a junior team member.

Requirements
- Prior experience managing suppliers, contractors, and external vendors.
- Experience delivering events, activations, or guest-facing experiences in hospitality environments.

- Commercial awareness, including budget handling and quotation gathering.
- Comfort working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel ability and strong administrative skills.
- A practical, hands-on attitude with willingness to get involved in delivery.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, changing operational environment.
Compensation
The role offers a salary of up to £45,000.
