Role Summary

The Horse is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee the performance, optimisation and daily running of its global websites. The role carries responsibility for the AU, US and UK sites and is focused on improving the customer journey, increasing conversion and strengthening commercial results across all digital stores.

Working alongside the Founder and the wider marketing team, you will spot growth opportunities, introduce website enhancements and keep the ecommerce experience operating at a high standard. Requirements

You should bring 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital trading or website management, along with a solid grasp of the factors that shape online performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage external ecommerce platforms, tools, applications and integrations.
  • Organise testing and optimisation activities across the websites.
  • Prepare reporting on website performance, conversion metrics and revenue results.
  • Lead strategy for website conversion, customer journey and online merchandising.
  • Continuously identify and apply small improvements that strengthen revenue, conversion and customer experience.
