Role Overview

EAIGLE’s 2026 marketing plan blends prominent industry events with focused digital programs aimed at building enterprise pipeline and expanding the company’s footprint across the supply chain ecosystem. The team is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to run EAIGLE’s digital marketing operations.

In this position, you will oversee the company’s digital channels, marketing automation tools, website updates, paid media activity, and performance reporting. You will also work with external agencies handling website development, SEO, and content creation.

You will act as the operational lead for EAIGLE’s digital marketing setup, making sure campaigns, systems, and data work together to support pipeline growth. This role is central to improving EAIGLE’s online presence and ensuring digital initiatives consistently contribute to revenue opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Chief Commercial Officer, Sales, Business Development, and the Enterprise Marketing & Events Associate so that marketing engagement turns into qualified leads.

  • Administer marketing automation and campaign delivery in HubSpot, including email marketing, workflows, list segmentation, lead tracking, and dashboard reporting.
  • Assist with webinar execution alongside the Enterprise Marketing & Events Associate, including registration pages, invitation and reminder emails, LinkedIn event promotion, and post-webinar follow-up.
  • Help promote conferences, webinars, and other marketing activities through digital channels and manage related follow-up.
  • Measure and report on digital campaign results across channels, with clear visibility into engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing activities are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and modern marketing processes to improve research, analysis, and campaign execution.
